Title: Walnut-Raisin Baked Apples

4 Apples, peeled and cored as directed in Basic Baked Apples
1/2cRaisins
1/2cChopped walnuts
1/2cWater
1/2cApple juice
1/4cHoney
1tbUnsalted butter

Fill cavities of prepared apples with raisins and chopped walnuts. Place apples in 8-inch square baking dish. Pour water and apple juice over all. Brush apple tops with honey and dot with butter. Bake according to directions in Basic Baked Apples recipe.

FOR GROWN-UPS: For a romantic touch, pour ¬ cup warmed Calvados or applejack over baked apples and ignite with a match. Serve with vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.
